I’m the Vice President of Generative AI & Dialogue at AI Foundation. I created the dialogue platform that powers AI.XYZ and have created or consulted on AI projects in education, content creation, UGC & product promotion, government, & more. I’m an expert on AI tools and integrating Large Language Models and AI into the workplace and personal life in ethical ways.

Corporate Workshops & Employee Training

Half of employees say they need more training to use AI tools in the workplace, but only 14% say they’ve received any training so far (source). Everyone has parts of their job that are repetitive, frustrating, or inefficient—filling out rote forms, completing pre-defined workflows, authoring structured content, and finding information. I help people use AI so that they can spend more time on the most engaging and important parts of their job & life. ChatGPT is a great entry point, since it’s widely available & extremely powerful, if you know how to use it.

My Process:

  1. Discovery Workshop & Onboarding Survey: We'll begin with an in-depth exploration of the employee's pain points & goals. By understanding the current issues, employee count, and existing workflows, I’ll tailor the program to directly addresses your challenges. All workshops begin with this phase, and whether you move forward or not, this workshop’s rate is $1500 for most teams.

  2. Group Training & Resource Handoff: Each team member will receive training materials and cheat sheets. I'll train your team to proficiently use ChatGPT or other selected AI tools to their fullest. This phase ensures that everyone is equipped with the resources and knowledge to seamlessly integrate the tool into daily tasks.

  3. Individual or Small Group Workshops (optional) : Some challenges are unique to departments or roles. Through targeted workshops, we can address specific issues or requirements, ensuring all facets of your business benefit from ChatGPT's capabilities.

  4. Follow-Up & Troubleshooting: As with any new implementation or skill, there will be minor bumps along the way. I’ll conduct a follow up session to cement learning & cover any lingering questions & issues.

  5. Exit Survey & Report: Through an exit survey, we'll capture insights, assess the effectiveness of our strategy, measure outcomes, and identify areas for future learning.

For most teams, the pricing starts at around $100 per employee + the discovery workshop.
